In order to fill out and submit the application via email, MAC users will first need to do the following
- Download and install the Latest Adobe Acrobat Reader application from here.
- Download the Employment Application by pressing Ctrl+click here and choosing "Download Linked File As".
- Ctrl+click the pdf that you saved to your desktop and choose "Get Info" from the list. Under the "Open With" tab, click the dropdown menu and choose "other". find and click the "Adobe Reader.app" and then click the "add" button.
- Under the "Open wth" tab, click the "Change All" button.
- Open the saved pdf file.
- Fill out all relevant information.
- Submit the form by clicking the "Submit by email" button or the "Print form" button.
